SdbA-FLAG

We link a FLAG-tag to SdbA for detection, this plasmid expresses an anchoring small scaffold with three SLH cell wall anchoring domains and a Type 2 cohesion, which can be combined with the Type 2 dockerin on the cellulosome scaffoldin to anchor the scaffold on Cell surface. The FLAG-tag is an immunofluorescence tag, makeing the SdbA protein easy to purify and be deteted.
